To begin the enrollment process, please download the forms and either fill them out digitally and return them to info@CornwallChildCenter.org, or print them out and bring them with you to a registration appointment. 
Each child needs their own separate forms.

Stephen Frost Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Stephen Frost Memorial Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to help make high-quality early childhood education more accessible for families in our community. Established in memory of Stephen Frost, the fund continues to support children through the generosity of local donors, Fall Trivia Night, and the Memorial Day Carnival.
Scholarship assistance is available to families demonstrating financial need. All inquiries and applications are reviewed confidentially.
